At College View, we customize our programs to
provide just the right amount of assistance to foster
independence and provide enough supportive services to
ensure our residents maintain and/or enhance their
quality of life. It is important to us that each
resident live with dignity and be treated with the
utmost respect.
Personalized Services

Our Registered Nurse
partners with each resident, their family and
physician to thoroughly assess the needs of a resident
and develop a plan of care to meet
each person's needs and wants.

Care plans are reviewed
on a regular basis and as needed to ensure their
ongoing appropriateness.

Apartment Options
-
 Five floor plans are
available for selection: studio, one bedroom, one
bedroom with a den, two bedrooms with one bath, and
two bedrooms with two baths.

The building features
four stairwells and an elevator to accommodate first
and second floor apartments.

Apartments with
interior, outside and courtyard views are available
without additional costs.

Rentals are on a
"month-to-month" basis

No require long-term
contract or expensive buy in is required.

Resident Services

 Choices,
convenience and comfort abound at College View. Our assisted living community features
a library, theatre, coffee shop, chapel, beauty/barber
shop, whirlpool and wellness room along with numerous
livingroom style sitting areas for relaxation and
visits with family and friends.

Various religious
services and Bible studies are provided onsite in the
Chapel.

Beauty shop and
barber services are available onsite by
appointment. Every month Ladies receive a
complimentary
wash and set, and men receive a complimentary haircut.

At all times our coffee
shop features complimentary ice cream, popcorn and fresh
fruit.

Engaging social calendar
and activities are tailored
by our Life Enrichment Director to appeal to our
resident's interests. Our jam packed activity
calendars feature crafts, games, cards,
current event reviews, outside
entertainment a variety of outings and so much more!

We welcome small pets.

Relaxing and therapeutic
whirlpool bathing is
available in our unique side entry
tub.

Professional management
and staff are available 24-hours every day to provide
assistance and a true sense of well being.

Weekly housekeeping is
provided.

Basic laundry services
include changing and washing bedding and flat linens.

College View
features two onsite laundry rooms. Residents may
choose to do their own laundry, have their family do
it or may request staff do it for a nominal charge.

Transportation and Maintenance
Services

Transportation is
available to medical appointments and
for special requests. A van with a wheelchair lift is
at your service.

Personal vehicle
assistance is available upon request.

Regular maintenance and
repair of all fixtures and appliances is provided.

Security Services

All rooms have smoke
detectors, sprinkler units and fire alarms.

Our Register Nurse is
on-call at all times. 24-hour certified staffing is
present on-site to monitor health safety and medication
needs.

Each resident wears a pendant to notify staff of
individual needs or emergencies.
